Children’s parties are for 8 kids, including the Birthday Child. Please let us know how many guests will be invited. Deposit is based on number of children attending to ensure adequate seating is reserved for your group. Deposit will be applied towards your total purchase the day of the party.(Please notify us 2 days before your booking of final head count.)

I understand that there is limited space at the studio and only two(2) adults will be permitted to stay to supervise the party. All other parents/adults will need to return at the end of the party time to pickup their child.

Each Canvas Children's Painting Party requires a minimum of 8 guests up to a maximum of 24. This is a group, instructor led party. Our staff will walk kids through the canvas painting process from start to finish! Choose one design from the options available. We provide all the tools to complete the canvas pattern that has been chosen. Aprons are provided for kids however we recommend that you ask parents to send kids in clothing that can get dirty as canvas paints do not wash out of clothing easily. Each child will be able to take their paintings home the same day! This is especially great when you have guests that are traveling in from out of town. A Birthday Party table covering is provided and you may bring a balloon bouquet. (Please note balloons must be tied down as we have ceiling fans running in the studio.) Should you wish to bring desert to share with your guests we do recommend cupcakes as they are easy to hand out to kids. We do not provide plates or napkins, however they are available for an added fee should you require us to provide them. Juice boxes or water bottles are also available for purchase.

All Deposits are non refundable, a credit voucher can be issued if cancelled or changed 1 week prior to party date, if less than 1 weeks notice is given or your group does not show up, the deposit is non refundable. Maximum of 2 non painting Adults may attend the party. Should guests parents decide to stay in the studio they may paint in the main area if seating is available. Otherwise we ask that they return at the end of the party to pick up kids.
